Daniël van den Bergh is a lawyer since 2004. He is specialized in real estate law. Before he became partner at Pact Advocaten, he worked at a real estate niche law firm RechtStaete. In 2010 he finished the Grotius specialization training real estate. Besides that, he finished the VHA specialization training tenant law cum laude.

Daniël is an expert in advising and litigation in the field of tenant law (housing, office space and retail space), VVE- and neighbor’s right, and non-conformity in the purchase and sale of real estate.
