Disputes

Doing business is essentially about making agreements. This might be agreements between shareholders, between shareholders and directors, but also between businesses.

Sometimes these agreements are not well or fully documented, an agreement can be interpreted in different ways, or a party does not wish to keep its part of the bargain. At other times parties might not adhere to their own legal obligations: the relations between directors, shareholders and contracting parties are governed by statutory rules in addition to contractual arrangements.
