Alf Bungener has been a lawyer since 2007. He worked at the University of Amsterdam from 2002 to 2008, lecturing and conducting his PhD on the overlap between employment law and contract law. He started his career at Allen & Overy, where he had already been working since 2003. He is specialised in employment law and teaches and publishes regularly on employment law issues.

Alf achieves optimal results by combining prompt action and his broad expertise with a clear and pragmatic approach. He advises business owners as well as employees on employment law issues, often related to complex questions such as collective bargaining law and employee participation.

Alf is registered as an employment law specialist with the Dutch bar association.
