Lorentz started working as a lawyer at international firm Allen & Overy in 2006, going on to work at a middle-sized law firm and an accounting firm. This means Lorentz has extensive experience in both managing transactions (such as takeovers and financing transactions) and litigation (in corporate and IT law).
His approach is characterised by the use of his legal knowledge for the furtherance of the financial and commercial goals of his clients. To him, the law is a means and not a goal in itself. Lorentz is both thorough and determined.
Lorentz has completed two post-doctoral specialisations, one in the field of corporate law and one in the field of IT law.
Lorentz is a member of the Corporate Litigation Association and the Dutch Association for Information Technology and Law.
