About Daniël

Daniël van den Bergh has been a lawyer since 2004. He is specialised in real estate law. Before becoming a partner at Pact lawyers, he spent 7 years at niche real estate law firm RechtStaete. In 2010 he completed a specialist Real Estate course at Grotius Academy. He frequently writes articles for (among others) leading Dutch real estate journal, Vastgoedjournaal and property.nl.

Daniël is an expert in advising and litigating on tenancy rights (housing, office and retail space), owner/resident organisations, neighbour disputes and non-conformity in sale and purchase of real estate. He is an experienced specialist in facilitating real estate and hotel transactions, advising all parties including investors, managers, tenants and real estate advisors. As a result, Daniël has a keen sense of the right approach and strategy. With his extensive experience and, where required, combative approach, he always achieves the best outcome for his clients.
